If any of our products don’t meet your expectations, you may return them to the Oola Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed to receive a full refund. Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

How soon will I get my refund?

All refunds will be issued as soon as your item reaches our facility and is processed. Once we issue the refund it could take the system 5-10 business days before you see the money credited back to your account. However, most of the time it is sooner than that!
